2007: CCIB is created as an interdisciplinary center with a PhD program
2010-2011: Dr. Andrey Grigoriev serves as Director of CCIB
2010: The inaugural graduate student class is admitted
2011-2014: Dr. Joseph Martin serves as Director and Dr. Benedetto Picolli is the first Graduate Program Director (GPD)
2014: The first PhD student graduates
2014-2015: Dr. Benedetto Picolli steps in as Director, and Nir Yakoby is the GPD
2015-2016: Dr. Desmond Lun is the Director, and Dr. Nir Yakoby continues as GPD
2016-2022: Dr. Nir Yakoby becomes the Director, and Dr. Grace Brannigan is the GPD
