CCIB Professor Dr. Joseph V. Martin (Biology) and his collaborator Dr. David J. Augeri from Molecular Design and Synthesis in Rutgers University – New Brunswick were awarded a Busch Biomedical Research Grant. The grant, entitled “Thyronamines: Detection and Characterization of Effects” was funded for $40,000 for 9/1/19 to 8/31/21. The grant will fund a study of a series of newly discovered thyroid hormone derivatives, the thyronamines. Congratulations!
